Laptop Lunch Boxes for kids and adults

19 09 2009

I came across this set while shopping at a local natural grocery store and bought it for my preschooler. We have been using this set (the pink color of course) everyday for over a year now and I am very happy with it. We ordered an extra set of bowls to have when one set is in the dishwasher. It allows for a good variety of foods to be packed and is also compact and good-looking  as a bonus!

The only downside is the fact that only one of the larger containers come with a lid and the rest don’t. I usually end up using the other large container from my second set and try to pack dry and non-juicy foods in the littler containers.

The bottle it comes with is OK. I have a Sigg sippy cup which I fit next to the laptop box inside the bag instead.

Overall, I highly recommend it for parents with school-age children. I would definitely encourage ordering that extra set of containers as well.

d3o is a soft and gushy substance that will harden when put under pressure. This material is used in motorcycle jackets, laptop briefcases and other protective applications. Tech21 took this material and turned it into iBand, an iPhone protection case. Check out the video on the next page and see the material at work. I hope one day they will put this stuff into children’s car seats.

Goodbyn Lunch Box Line Up

Goodbyn Lunchbox Line Up

Lunch boxes have been revolutionized with the new Goodbyn Lunchbox. The exterior surfaces of this 5-compartment lunchbox (with beverage container) come unadorned, so that the kids can use the included 250 stickers to customize it as THEY see fit.  The design is good for kids and the planet,  as it is BPA and Phthalate free and 100% recyclable.  It’s easy to open for little hands and should make kids more excited about packing lunch from home instead of buying pre-packaged or cafeteria foods.  Available in 4 colors.
